The Orkney Fund Regeneration Plan brings together our long-term vision and investment priorities. Shaped by more than 800 ideas from communities across Orkney, it sets out how £20 million will be invested over the next decade to create fair, inclusive, and resilient communities.
The Plan combines a 10-Year Vision - our strategic framework for the programme - with a 4-Year Investment Plan that sets out indicative allocations and interventions for the first phase of delivery from 2026/27 to 2029/30.
